Instant Photography After the End of Polaroid Cameras - TIME
In 2010, when the color version should hit the shelves, Impossible hopes to sell 1 million new films, with prices likely to range from $23 to $28 for a 10-shot cassette.
This TIME article contains updates on where things currently stand with The Impossible Project, and it’s encouraging to see how things are progressing. But if these are indicative prices (assuming they are in US$) it means 10 shots of film could cost up to $50NZ. That’s $5 per photograph. I’m more than happy to pay for film, but unfortunately at those prices it means my camera won’t get as much use as I would like :(
